What we sell
Luxe Club LLC sells a monthly subscription to an exclusive local lead stream. It is a service, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped.
We own a portfolio of more than 50 live local service websites across the United States. Each site targets one trade in one metropolitan market — for example, sealcoating in Scranton, Pennsylvania, or epoxy flooring in Smithtown, New York. We pay for the domain, the hosting, the content, the search optimization, and the call-tracking number. We rank the site in Google's organic and map results so that homeowners and property managers searching for that service find it and make contact.
When a subscriber signs up, we point that site's tracking phone number and contact form at their business. From that moment, 100% of the calls and form submissions the site generates go to them and to no one else. We do not resell, split, or duplicate leads. We do not sell the same market and trade to a second contractor while a subscription is active.

The website, domain, and phone number remain the property of Luxe Club LLC at all times. Subscribers rent the lead flow, not the asset.

How it works
From first conversation to first billed month, the process is short and everything is agreed in writing before a card is ever charged.
We confirm availability
You tell us your trade and the market you serve. We confirm whether that site is unclaimed, and what it has been producing.
We verify your business
We confirm your state or municipal contractor license where one is required, and your active general liability insurance. Both are mandatory.
We quote in writing
You receive the exact monthly amount in U.S. dollars, the billing date, and the cancellation terms by email. You approve it before any charge.
Leads start same day
We repoint the tracking number and form to you, usually within a few hours. Billing starts on the day the leads start, not before.
Trial terms. We sometimes offer a prospective subscriber a single live lead at no cost, so they can judge the quality before subscribing. That offer is limited to one lead, expires on a specific date stated in writing at the time it is made, and does not renew or convert into a subscription automatically. There is no open-ended free trial and no automatic enrollment. You are never charged without first approving a written quote.
Pricing
All prices are quoted and charged in United States dollars (USD). Subscriptions are flat monthly fees, billed in advance, month to month. There is no per-lead charge, no setup fee, no commission on jobs you win, and no minimum term.
The monthly rate for a given site depends on the trade, the size of the market, and the typical job value in that trade. Because rates vary by market, your exact monthly amount is quoted to you in writing and approved by you before your first charge. Representative current rates:

November through March. Holds your exclusivity on the market through the off-season at a reduced rate. Optional — you may cancel instead.

Eligibility and restrictions
Our service is subject to real limits. We state them plainly so there are no surprises.
Licensing and insurance are required
We only rent leads to contractors who hold every license their state, county, or municipality requires for the trade, and who carry active general liability insurance. Pennsylvania subscribers, for example, must supply a valid PA Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration number.
We verify these before the first lead is delivered and may ask for current proof at any time. A lapse is grounds for immediate suspension.
United States only
All of our sites target markets inside the United States, and we only accept subscribers who are legally established and operating in the United States. We do not sell internationally, and we do not export any goods.
One subscriber per trade, per market
Exclusivity is the product. If a market and trade is already claimed, we cannot sell it again until that subscription ends. We maintain a waiting list instead.
No guaranteed lead volume
Search demand is seasonal and variable. We share historical call data honestly and never promise a specific number of leads in a given month. Where a site materially underperforms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out what we do about it.
Security and how your payment information is handled
We never see or store your card details
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
Your card number, expiration date, and security code are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Luxe Club LLC has no access to your full card number at any time.
Site and data security
This website and every payment page we use are served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We keep only what we need to run the account — your business name, contact details, and billing history.
